Guest Camera is a product of Picture Perfect Events LLC in Iowa. This is a short account of what we actually collect — not a wall of unused clauses.

Hosts create an account with a name, phone number, email, and password. Name and phone are so we can reach you about the event or a print order. Email and password are how you sign in. We don't sell this information or use it for ads.

Guests do not create accounts. We don't ask them for a name, phone, or email. When a guest scans your event QR and takes a photo, that photo is stored in your host gallery. Guests cannot preview shots until you develop the gallery. You can share that gallery and order 4x6 prints of the photos. Tell guests, before they shoot, that the photos go to you.

A random id stays in the guest's browser so the 20-shot roll stays with that phone. It is not their name.

If you order 4x6 prints, we keep the shipping address and which photos to print so we can fulfill the order ourselves. We do not sell guest photos or use them for ads.

The host can see the gallery. Picture Perfect Events staff see photos only as needed to print and mail an order you placed.

We keep your account, the event gallery, and guest photos until you ask us to delete them. We keep a print order's shipping address and the photos on that order so we can mail it and answer questions about it. There is no delete button in the app. Email us to delete your host account, an event, or specific photos. A guest who wants a photo removed should ask the host, and the host can ask us.
